Hi, I am in UTC+9 (Japan). I can play Thursday and Monday+ after 8pm my time. I have more availability on the weekend. When is good for you?

Can we play between 2200-2300 UTC tonight? That's 6-7 PM Friday my time, 11 AM - Noon Saturday your time. That seems best for both of us.
Aside from that, a 13 hour time difference is really hard to negotiate, as your prime time is my mornings most days, and I work in the mornings. Do you have any morning your time availability?
