Hi Coaches, We are discussing the way the ratios for the perma-injuries work. Instead of requiring the firing of healthy players to reset teams for not having enough (or any) erma-injuries on players. We are now just going to enforce the salary cap, which is already in place, of 2000tv. The way the ratio would now affect the team is you need to have 1 qualifying perma-injury per 100tv over 1000 in order to fire excessive perma-injured players.
For example: if you have a tv of 1390 (1400) and have 5 qualifying perma-injures on players, you would now be able to fire a player with 1 perma-injury. If you have 3 qualifying perma-injuries and have a tv f 1390 (1400), you would not be able to fire a layer with a prma-injury due to not meeting the requirements of the ratio.
The new system would not punish teams for not having perma-injuries. It will also take into account things such as re-rolls, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, apothecaries, and Fan factor.
*an example of a non-qualifying perma-injury would be a -1 Str to a Snotling (5 1 3 5), or a second -1 AG to a Black Orc (4 4 2 9).
Let us know what you think. We will take your opinion into account.
See you on the pitch, PLP

The Board voted on the rules change 3-0 in favor of the change. So there will be no adjustments necessary during the post season. I will make the changes to rules thread asap. If anyone has any thoughts, pro or con, on these changes speak up. I promise not to jab anyone with a sharp pointy stick attached to my leg.
